Lors des rencontres avec les parents qui souhaitent inscrire leur enfant à KidooLand, une question revient toujours : de quelle nationalité sont les enfants qui viennent à KidooLand? Sont-ils anglophones ?

"La surprise des parents en entendant ma réponse est toujours la même car oui des enfants anglophones viennent à KidooLand. Dans quel but me demanderez-vous puisqu’ils comprennent déjà la langue ?
A mon tour de vous poser des questions:
* Pourquoi vos enfants alors qu’ils sont français vont-ils à l’école francophone?
* Pourquoi inscrivez- vous vos enfants à des cours de natation alors que vous savez vous-même nager?
* Pourquoi leur faire prendre des cours de ski alors que vous savez skier ?
En tant que maman ayant deux enfants je ne m’aventurerais pas à leur apprendre le français à la maison. Nous en avons tous fais l’expérience contrainte pendant le confinement, des cours à la maison 😊, vous n’allez surement pas me contredire quand je vous dis que ce n’est pas mon métier d’enseigner, le français, la natation ou le ski.
Je laisse cela à des professionnels !!
C’est pour cela que les parents anglophones inscrivent leur enfant à KidooLand. En effet, même s'ils parlent qu'anglais à la maison, ils habitent dans un pays ou le français va prendre le pas sur l’anglais. Afin de maintenir la langue dans les meilleures conditions, ils s’adressent à KidooLand.
L’apprentissage de l'anglais à KidooLand se fera dans le but d’accroitre et d’étendre le vocabulaire anglais, ainsi que développer l’écriture à travers de la grammaire et l’orthographe, par la suite. En réalité ca veut dire que les enfants anglophones sont aussi engagés et stimulés que les enfants francophone; ils apprennent tous ensemble en s'amusant!
Nous préparons les élèves pour les tests concernant l’entrée dans les écoles internationales et là aussi nous acceptons les enfants ayant déjà une connaissance de la langue anglaise et nous enseignons aux enfants comment passer le test dans les meilleures conditions.

When meeting with parents who want to register their child at KidooLand, a question always comes up: what nationality are the children who come to KidooLand? Are they English speaking?
Mériem Gallah, our wonderful reservation manager at KidooLand, gives her answer to this frequent question …
" Parents' are surprised upon hearing my answer because yes English-speaking children come to KidooLand. You would wonder for what purpose, since they already speak the language.
Now let me ask you some questions:
* Why do your children go to French-speaking schools when they are French?
* Why are you enrolling your children in swimming lessons when you know how to swim yourself?
* Why make them take ski lessons when you know how to ski?
As a mother with two children, I wouldn't teach them French at home. We all endured the experience of home schooling during confinement 😊, so I'm sure you would agree that it is not my job to teach French, swimming or skiing to my children. I prefer to leave that to the professionals!!
This is why English-speaking parents register their children at KidooLand. Even if they only speak English at home, they live in a country where French will take precedence over English. In order to keep their English at the best level possible, they turn to KidooLand.
Learning English at KidooLand will be done with the goal of increasing and expanding English vocabulary, as well as developing writing through grammar and then spelling. The English-speaking children have acquired the language, but with the help of the teachers at KidooLand, they are learning the language.
Positive pedagogy and a very interactive approach are two key principles at KidooLand, so all learning takes place through fun lessons and workshops.
